Directions
- Prepare Your Glass
Fill two large wine glasses generously with ice to properly chill the cocktail. - Mix the Base
Into each glass, pour 3 oz Prosecco, 1 oz Aperol, 1 oz Campari, and 1 oz cranberry juice. The deep red color should look bold and glossy. - Top with Club Soda
Add 1 oz club soda to each glass for that light, sparkling finish. - Garnish
Add a few fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary to each glass for an aromatic, wintery presentation. - Serve & Enjoy
Give the drink a gentle stir to combine, then serve immediately while icy cold and effervescent.
*Notes :
- Use fresh cranberry juice if you want sharper acidity and a cleaner finish.
- Chill your Prosecco beforehand — warm sparkling wine kills the spritz.
- Swap rosemary for an orange peel twist if you want a more citrus-forward version.
