Ingredients

APEROL–CAMPARI SPRITZ
  • 180 ml Prosecco
  • 60 ml Aperol
  • 60 ml Campari
  • 60 ml cranberry juice freshly pressed recommended
  • 60 ml club soda
  • item fresh cranberries for garnish
  • item fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • item ice cubes

Method

Prepare Your Glass
  1.  Fill two large wine glasses generously with ice to properly chill the cocktail.
Mix the Base
  1.  Into each glass, pour 3 oz Prosecco, 1 oz Aperol, 1 oz Campari, and 1 oz cranberry juice. The deep red color should look bold and glossy.
Top with Club Soda
  1.  Add 1 oz club soda to each glass for that light, sparkling finish.
Garnish
  1.  Add a few fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary to each glass for an aromatic, wintery presentation.
Serve & Enjoy
  1. Give the drink a gentle stir to combine, then serve immediately while icy cold and effervescent.

Notes

  • Use fresh cranberry juice if you want sharper acidity and a cleaner finish.
  • Chill your Prosecco beforehand — warm sparkling wine kills the spritz.
  • Swap rosemary for an orange peel twist if you want a more citrus-forward version.
